A qualified buyer will be selected from a lottery pool in July of 2019. A six (6) week pre-application period to join the lottery pool will open on Friday, May 17, 2019 and close on Friday, June 28, 2019.
Below is a link to begin the web form of the lottery pre-application for the below market rate unit available at 1765 East Bayshore Road, Unit 218, in East Palo Alto, California, 94303. This pre-application will be used to determine a preliminary eligibility to participate in the lottery for the East Palo Alto BMR unit.
The lottery pre-application is due to the Bay Area Affordable Homeownership Alliance (BAAHA) by 5:00 PM, Friday, June 28, 2019 (6/28/19).
